    Hi,

When our customers are specifying a different shipping address to their billing address, the order confirmation defaults to ship to their billing address.

I have checked the store settings since we migrated our website to utilise your Easy Payment system and we can’t resolve the issue.

-We are the same store which is also having the express checkout currency issues.

Any help would be appreciated to resolve this issue. We have a live example order which has just come through.

    Hi @rageaga1nst

Thank you for providing the detailed information about the issue.

I’m currently investigating this behavior and attempting to reproduce it on my end to understand why the shipping address is defaulting to the billing address after placing an order.

I will update you as soon as I have more insights or a confirmed solution.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards

I have updated to your official latest version with the YayCurrency fix. Does this fix include both fixes (yaycurrency and the shipping address fix)?

    Hello,

In version 9.0.50.1, we’ve included the following updates:

    1. YayCurrency compatibility for Express Checkout (already included in the official 9.0.50 release).
    2. Delivery option support for customers using PayPal and Google Pay, allowing them to choose their shipping method before completing payment.
    3. A fix for orders defaulting to the billing address, ensuring the correct address is used.

Once you confirm, we will include points 2 and 3 in the official 9.0.51 release

    Best Regards

OK we are running 9.0.50.1 version now so we’ll keep an eye on things. I have tested Google Pay and can change the address so it’s looking good.

Keep us updated on the Apple Pay fix which is the most popular one for us.

Confirmed Apple Pay is now working and allows our customers to choose their address. Thank you.

We did have a slight issue with the address (defaults to billing when different shipping address is specified) but it might be a one off. Will keep monitoring – thank you for the quick turnaround.
