Orders Completing without Receiving Payment

Hi,
We use Jigoshop to sell online LearnDash courses, and have had two orders over the last few weeks where the customer received access to the course, but no payment was received.
Both times were through PayPal, and there is no record in PayPal of the transaction at all.
What can we do to stop this from continuing to happen?
