Orders changed to “Delivered” hidden if plugin uninstalled

Firstly, fantastic job with the plugin so far! I believe it will be even more amazing as time goes by. I’m in the midst of testing this plugin on my staging site.
I noticed that orders which status was changed to “Delivered” become hidden upon disabling the custom order status later on or uninstalling the plugin.
Perhaps you could place some kind of fallback status (ie; fallback to order status “Completed”) in the event that the above scenario happens.
Secondly, would it be possible to add a shortcut icon for the “Delivered” status from the main orders page, just like how the “Completed” icon appears for orders which are “Processing”? I believe it should appear for orders which marked as “Completed” since this would be the logical flow?

yes, thanks for bringing this to our attention, Tomorrow (hopefully:) we will release a version of the plugin that will include a popup when deactivating the plugin, in this popup we will ask the users what to do with their “Delivered” orders and if he wants us to change
we are allowing users to edit the color of the delivered label, do you mean status icon like what described here?

From the main orders page, for orders marked as “Processing”, we can see an arrow icon available under the Actions tab. Clicking this will immediately change the order status to “Completed”. Similarly, if we decide to click the eye icon (circled in red), a popup appears and we are given the “Completed” icon at the bottom of the screen.My suggestion is to have a similar layout of icons to change Completed orders to Delivered. Hope it’s now clear 🙂
Hi @nagoke, we released a new version of the plugin. Now, in the plugin settings once you enable the “Delivered” order email, users can choose if to change the “Delivered” orders to “Completed” when you deactivate the plugin. and we also provide a link to code snippet to add in Functions.php which will allow you to keep the delivered order status.
In addition, we added the change status to delivered icon in the order actions icons sections.
