# Orders Cancelling without cause

 * Orders on [http://2gmed.com](http://2gmed.com) have been cancelling without cause.
   We need a fix for this asap.

 * OK thank you I’ve made those changes. I will reply back in a day or two when 
   I know if it had an affect.

 * After trying that fix, two orders have come in, they are not cancelled but stuck
   on waiting for payment now…
 * This issue started approximately April 14th 2017 with an update, There were no
   changes made by the admin to cause this issue.
 * Issue still not fixed please help!!

 * The payment issue is fixed but now it’s not receiving the shipping address.
 * Please help resolve.
