# Orders Automatically Cancelling

 * We noticed that our orders are going thru & customers are receiving invoice receipts.
   But then we are receiving an email on our side that the customer cancelled the
   order. We are using Paypal as our processor. Is there a setting that we may be
   missing that is causing this?

 * check your system status you might have this going on:
    wp_remote_post() failed.
   PayPal IPN won’t work with your server. Contact your hosting provider. Error:
   cURL error 35: Unsupported SSL protocol version
 * if so it may be an openssl version issue. You might be on 1.0
