# Orders Atrributed as Unknown

 * Hi, I have recently noticed we have orders being atributed as unknown, when i
   try to export the orders it gives me this error. 
   – Checked cookie settings,

   you made any changes to your site before this issue started occurring? For example,
   did you recently update WooCommerce, WordPress, your theme, or any plugins, or
   make any other changes to your site’s configuration?

 * Thank you for sharing the error logs and System Status Report.
 * From the logs, I can see the critical error is coming from the **WooCommerce 
   Side Cart Premium** plugin:
 * > `Call to a member function get_subtotal() on null`
 * This indicates that the plugin is attempting to access the WooCommerce cart object
   when it is unavailable, which can interrupt the normal checkout process and potentially
   lead to unexpected behavior.
 * I also noticed that your theme contains a large number of **outdated WooCommerce
   template overrides**, including several checkout-related templates such as `form-
   checkout.php`, `payment.php`, `form-login.php`, `form-coupon.php`, and `cart.
   php`. Since these templates are significantly behind the current WooCommerce 
   versions, they may no longer be fully compatible with the latest WooCommerce 
   release and could contribute to checkout-related issues, including the behavior
   you’re seeing.
 * To help determine whether this is caused by a theme or plugin conflict, could
   you please create a [staging site](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/)
   and perform the following test?
    1. Activate a default WooCommerce-compatible theme, such as **Storefront** or **
       Twenty Twenty-Five**.
    2. Deactivate all plugins except **WooCommerce**.
    3. Place a test order and check whether the **Order Origin** is still recorded 
       as **Unknown**.
 * If the issue no longer occurs, it would indicate that the problem is likely caused
   by either the outdated theme template overrides or a plugin conflict. You can
   then reactivate your theme and plugins one at a time until the issue reappears
   to identify the exact cause.
