Orders are always stuck in processing

    Hi:
    I have Simple products set as Virtual, Downloadable and Standard Product as set in my WC product pages.

    After installing this plugin and setting it for “All paid orders of any product”, my orders are still stuck in “processing”.

    My products are downloadable ZIP files.

    All my free downloadable products are working fine (with the same settings).

    What am I doing wrong here?

    FYI: My issue turned out to be my PayPal IPN. I had changed my PayPal email address and that killed the Autocomplete orders by not setting the WC Order status to Complete.

    For me, this issue is closed.

    Yes I changed my PayPal email. How did you fix?

    Make sure your WC > Settings > Checkout > PayPal > Receiver Email is the same as your primary email in PayPal account.

    i think i’m having this same issue. my orders are all virtual products and the primary email matches the receiver email. any updates?

    eta: the order notes say that the item has been marked completed, yet it is still has the Processing status.

    Order status changed from Pending payment to Processing.

    Worked for me on WC v3.07. Don’t forget to disable this plugin first…
