# Order/processing email not sending

 * Hello
 * Sometimes i am not receiving the “New Order” e-mail notifications, neither is
   customer receiving “Processing order.” Then after a while, everything starts 
   working just fine. I really don’t know what is the problem here.
    Also [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/)
   is showing that no email are being sent.

 * Not yet and It’s really frustrating. Today…2 orders were placed 2 min apart. 
   And one email, was sent, other one was not.
