Orderby Tags – Job Tags Addon

I have regions addon and tags addon together. So i have already achieved that orderby region with a search on forum. That was good to me.
Now the question is how can i create a tag for kinda featured, maybe sponsored tag and use it to bring listings only has this tag.
My current shortcode: [jobs job_categories=”bursa” per_page=”15″ show_map=”false” orderby=”rand” show_filters=”false” featured=”” selected_region=”118″ ]

Ok i could not found an answer cuz i had no time to wait for ticket answer. And i used categories to filter them.
I also found a page which contains the tags documentation and this page shows how to filter tags.

The problem is its incompatible with [jobs] shortcode. Cuz it has its own shortcode something like [jobs_by_tag] so its hard to set a page like a want. Then i proceeded with a category to create another sponsored filter.
