Order Tracking is work on wrong time

Hellow,

I have installed Order Tracking and enable this plugin. If I do other action like “logged in as user” or “upload file”, this progin will work and make wrong.

this error has happend when I NOT Enable Order Tracking either, Until UnInstall.
