Order Total it’s ZERO! Woocommerce doesn’t process the paymants!

Hi there,
I’ve a very big problem with Woocommerce! The plugin dosen’t calculate the price and when an user try to pay with a credit card the sistem put the order in “pending” or via bank transfer the order was processed but the total is zero!Please refear to this:
I need a very urgent support, please! I’m unable to receive payments from my customer, now!!!
