Unfortunately, this is not possible, sorry. The commissions only can be generated over the order items.

It is possible to generate commission per item and not on the totol fart items.
in my case it is configured to generate commission by value ($2) and not by percentage, however when I have 4 items in the same order it only generates ($2) of the total items, the right thing would be: 4 items in the cart = 8$
