    I have an online store running in WordPress/Woocommerce platform at I recently re-connected my Woocommerce online store to my Facebook shop using Facebook for Woocommerce plugin. The connection was successful. I was able to transfer my products/items to my facebook shop catalog. However, every time a facebook customer checkout on my Facebook shop, the completed checkout/order process doesn’t sync to the Woocommerce>order section of my external online store.

    Because of this, I’m unable to complete the fulfillment process. I don’t experience this issue when buyers directly checkout on my website. I can see the orders on Facebook E-commerce manage but can not complete them because they are managed my WooCommerce plugin on my website.

    Please also include a copy of your site’s system status report when you do that, as that will help whomever gets to your request a lot. You can find that at: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > ‘Get system report’
