# Order stuck processing

 * Hello,
 * in 50% of users paying with PayPal the Order status is stuck at “Processing”.
   Then we look manually at PayPal to confirm the payment and completing the Order
   manually.
    what can I do?

 * The WooCommerce order is set to `Processing` for all regular product orders after
   the payment, so this would be the expected behavior. Only orders for virtual+
   downloadable products will automatically be set to `Completed` after the payment.
   
   What kind of products are you selling and are both of the checkboxes for virtual
   +downloadable set? Thanks!
