Hi, is there a way i can remove the name of the user who updated the order status(Order status updated to x by admin- remove by admin)? But only from emails and other user pages. I want that only the admin can see that information from woocommerce notes

    Hi there 👋

Could you please provide us a screenshot of the specific section that you would like to remove? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Thanks in advance! 🙂

Hi @gabrielfuentes ,thanks for respondig. Here’s the screenshot https://snipboard.io/wr4d1f.jpg. The customer receives an email with that information everytime the order status is updated.

    Hi @idmvp 👋

I have checked on my end and couldn’t see that notification when updating orders. Could you please let us know the steps that you are following in order to reproduce this notification with WooCommerce Core?

By any chance, are you using another plugin that allows you to have this type of notifications?

    Thanks!

    Hey @idmvp

If this WCFM plugin is sending out these emails, it’s best to reach out to them to ask if it’s possible to customize the emails in any way.

While we’re experts on our own products, third party plugins are best supported by their own resp. developers (and more importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).
