    Hello,
    I just found that Yesterday and today when I upload the CSV tracking. The order status is not changed to be Completed as it was. The tracking that I upload before yesterday is working fine except yesterday and today. Do you have any suggestion for solve this problem?

    Hi,
    There may be issue with your new csv file. Please double check that and make sure you map order status column when importing.

    Hi,
    My new CSV is using the same header, and column as the working one. But I don’t know why the new one is not working anymore.

    This is my new CSV.

    The tracking was imported but the only Status is not Change from Processing to Completed.

    Thank you for your information. I will try that function on my site to see if the same issue occurs.
    You can now remove those images because they contain your customers’ data.
