    Hi

    When someone try to pay for orders using fondy hosted page, sometimes the card or 3D secure may fail then the customer will hit back and return to the site.

    At this point the order status at the fondy dashboard is processing and at my website is pending payment.

    After some minutes the customer will try to pay again at fondy and the payment succeed but the problem is that a duplicate order is created at fondy dashboard for the same order number of woocommerce. Now the order status changes to paid but there is one order at woocommerce and duplicate orders at fondy (one approved and other is processing).

    After some hours the declined order at fondy change from processing to declined and send api response to woocommerce. the paid order will be marked as failed although it was already paid by the customer.

    How to prevent the plugin from changing the status of already paid orders at Woocommerce? The main problem is that sometimes fondy create duplicate order IDs for the same Woocommerce sole order.
