Order Status Defaulting to Cancelled (1 post)

    Each order that is proceessed through my store automatically defaults to status of cancelled. It confuses my customers right off the bat. They have gone through the entire process, paid with paypal, but it looks to them as though the order is cancelled until I manually go in and change the status.
