    1. Is this issue happening for all the payments or any particular scenario? Are you able to reproduce this issue?
    2. Which version of WordPress, Woocommerce, Razorpay plugin you were using?

    Hello @chetangn,

    I’m facing a similar kind of issue.
    The payment on the woocomerce portal says payment pending but is actually received.
    I’ve contacted WordPress for the same and they have referred me to you.
    Kindly let me know the solution to it ASAP.

    Hello @apcreation,

    Can you provide us more information regarding the versions of the woocommerce plugin, the razorpay woocommerce plugin, and wordpress!

    Have you enabled the webhook and set up the webhook URL on the razorpay dashboard?

    Also, can you please let us know is this happening for all the payments or any regeneration steps you had noted?

    @chetangn We are also facing this issue on woocommerce subscription products. Instead of completing the order, the status becomes “PendiNG Payment”. For normal orders, it works fine. All the plugins and WordPress are up to date to the latest version. I am not sure about webhooks or their implementation. Request you to provide the kb link for the same if it’s gonna help in solving the issue.

    @chetangn Thank you for the KB but it seems webhooks are used for the Razorpay subscription plugin which I am not using. The plugin is last updated 2 years ago and WordPress does not recommend us to use it. I am using Woocommerce subscription and Razorpay for woocommerce plugins. Is the kb suitable for this?
