Please let us know the order notes present for this particular order in your woocommerce orders section. Are you able to see any Razorpay payment id in order notes?

Hi, I am having the same issue…customers pay using RazorPay and the payment is successful..But after some time the order status shows canceled…This is happening with almost all orders.

Have you enabled the webhook for the razorpay woocommerce plugin? Can you please share the order note details for which order got canceled after some time? It would help us to debug the issue.

Hi, sorry the problem is with ship rocket(not razorPay).
It shows paid on shiprocket dashboard and order cancelled on woocommerce.

yes it still does:
Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.
Razorpay OrderId: order_HBqXD4aem6PdvC
i manually changed the order status to processing as the payment shows captured on razorpay payment dashboard – payment id: pay_HBqYnwGTr42TuO
Order status changed from Cancelled to Processing.
this payment was made through UPI.
another issue from yesterday:
payment id: pay_HN0wMEEktfXI6u
razorpay order id: order_HMvlNhJpXZmVAc
here is the error:
Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.
this payment is captured on razorpay but not on woocommerce.
an interesting thing to note is
this payment was made through UPI.
Webhooks is enabled.

Is this issue happening for all orders? or intermittently? Have you updated the plugin to the latest version?
If it’s for all orders, there might be a chance of some other third-party plugin causing the issue, so you need to disable all other plugins in the development/stage server and try to replicate the issue.
We couldn’t reproduce this issue in our setup, so it would be helpful if you can raise the ticket in the Razorpay support channel with your stage server details or share those details with me here -> chetan.naik@razorpay.com directly, so that we can debug in your server.
