I’m using WooCommerce to have customers order items. I was just wondering what the order status meant for each order placed. Once in a while an order comes through and says its pending, and I know it means its waiting for something, but I’m unsure of what when many of the other orders go through.
I’m also wondering how customers can cancel and order or be notified that their order was cancelled? For example, we had one order come in as pending and then when I logged in the next day it says it was cancelled. So I am kind of confused as to how that all works.
One last thing. I have two orders that were “processed” and are on hold like many of the other orders came through, but received no email confirmation like the other orders to and the payment was accepted and went through PayPal so I didn’t know if you had an answer for that.
