@ravijagtap please make sure you have turned on splitted order emails for admin. We will check it on our end too.

Also the “Turn SMTP (ON/OFF)” checkbox is selected on “SMTP Settings” page.
@ravijagtap please update the plugin, issue regarding splitted order emails is resolved.
@ravijagtap if you are using “WP Mail” and test emails are working fine so you do not need to set the SMTP settings in Splitter plugin. Just make sure if your normal emails are working then test the latest version of order splitter plugin. In case you still face the problem with splitted order emails, let us know. We have improved the emails sending function in the version 3.9.4. Please test and confirm about your experience.

Hi, I recently updated this plugin to version 3.9.5 and the functionality which was working in 3.9.4 is no more working in 3.9.5.
I am using inclusive feature to split the order based on products.
First problem is that now the the order is splitting into 3 orders.
1) Parent Order – with all products
2) Sub Order 1 – with regular products only
3) Sub Order 2 – with products marked as inclusive in the plugin configuration.
I expected only 2 order (this was working in 3.9.4),
1) Parent Order – with all products
2) Sub Order – with products marked as inclusive in the plugin configuration.
Second Problem is that admin gets only one email of Parent Order – with all products.
and not getting email with Sub Order – with products marked as inclusive in the plugin configuration.
Please note that both the problems were not there in 3.9.4

@ravijagtap recently we have worked on emails related issue in details. So we are confident, things are aligned. Kindly reach us through our demo website so we can test it together in your case.
