    Hello,
    How are you doing ?
    Can you tell me more about your “order refund policy” ?

    I would like to buy your PRO version, but $325.
    So can I test it like a few days , and if It didn’t meet my goals, may I ask a refund, please ?

    Also, can you tell me if your plugin is ready for the last version of WordPress ?

    If something promised/advertised in the description on our product page but not working, it will be fixed or a feature which is missing, it will be added.     Some questions from my dev team, if you can help me out ?

    I tested the free version of https://shop.androidbubbles.com/product/woo-order-splitter/

    and I have 2 questions :

    1. Can I set a different Status for the splitted order ?
    For example :
    – the product A goes is “exclusive” and goes to a separate order, with a status X
    – the other products go to order B, with status Y

    2. Can I split an order, not on a product value, but on a Meta-key of an order item ?
    For hotel rooms, the customers can pay the full amount OR just a deposit.
    I want to split the items paid with a deposit in separated orders.

    You can change parent/original order status and child/splitted order status separately

    2. Can I split an order, not on a product value, but on a Meta-key of an order item ?

    It can split the on metakey base.
