    Hello,

    I have a problem with the quantity of the order on my website.

    When I try to order more than 1 order of an item and proceed to checkout by clicking checkout button, on the checkout page the same amount of the item is not showing on my order summary section.
    Whatever quantity I pick, it only shows 1 on the checkout page.
    I did not check the ‘Sold Individually’ checkbox on the product edit page, so it should let me checkout multiple orders on the item.

    Is this Stripe’s (the payment gateway) connection problem? or is it WooCommerce disconnection with the product?

  • Hi there,

    This sounds initially as though it would be a 3rd plugin or a theme conflict.

    Please try the following 3 steps :

    1. disable all 3rd party plugins apart from WooCommerce and WooCommerce extensions that came from our site http://www.woocommerce.com
    2. make sure everything that is on your site is up to date and running the latest version
    3. switch to the our default https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/ theme (this can easily be switched to by searching for it in the Themes section of your WordPress site just to check)

    Please try all of the above steps to rule out a conflict.
