    I’m getting syncing issues since version 2.1.5

    Hi @wtpoon, thanks for reaching out. To get a better handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you running currently?
    – Is your site self-hosted, or is it a wordpress.com business account?
    – What version of WooCommerce are you running?
    – Have you tried to uninstall or reinstall?

    Sure thing,

    – The plugin version is 2.1.7
    – Our website is self-hosted and is currently on WordPress (ver. 4.9.6) and WooCommerce (version 2.1.5)
    – Yes I’ve tried uninstalling and installing a new instance of the plugin

    @wtpoon, thank you for providing those details. Our plugin requires a more recent version of WooCommerce to operate correctly. Can you update WooCommerce to the latest version and then reinstall the plugin? You’ll also want to be sure to have their minimum server requirements met for WordPress.

    I’m still getting sync issues as none of my orders are syncing.

    I’ve updated all plugins and CMS and meet the minimum server requirements to use WordPress.
