Order processing for special products

Hi,

I am developing a webshop for a warning board publisher business who produce and deliver not only standard tables (e.g. “Smoking area” or “Only authorized personnel”) but tailor designed tables as well. For handling these requests they have the following process – my question is that if you could please confirm if YITH WooCommerce Request A Quote Premium would be able to provide:
1) Visitor sends a request for quote via the product page (easily achievable even with the free plugin), email arrives to the admin.
2) Admin makes the quote and sends back to the requester – how exactly is this happening with YWRAQ(P)? – From within the admin?
3) Customer accepts the quote and thus gets an order confirmation – is it possible that if he customer was a previous customer the generated order would be connected to his WP/WC account? Is it also possible to automatically send the confirmation to a 3rd party graphic designer per email?
4) A proforma invoice is sent from an offline invoicing software…then wire transfer arrives.
5) The graphic designer (who is 3rd party still have WC shop manager rights) uploads the tailored design into the customer’s account somewhere and / sends the design via the YWRAQ panel somehow – how?
6) The customer accepts the design within his account (how?) and this will be registered to his order for further reference (how?)

Please kindly confirm if the above could be achieved with YWRAQP and please give hints re: the details also, if possible. I would like to purchase your plugin after having an overwiev and a confirmation that this solves the task.
