We only have one country listed as “allowed” and have all shipping methods restricted to Rep of Ireland, this has worked well for us in the past and have had customers from outside Ireland asking why they can’t place an order. This morning however, we were shocked to log on and see someone from London, UK had not only placed but also paid for an order as a guest but wasn’t given a delivery option either. I and our web developer have checked and none of the settings had changed due to updates or the like. We are puzzled as to how this happened
