    Hello,
    I was having an issue for the entire day today with the plugin. Orders were stuck in pending payment despite funds actually being received and approved in 2checkout. I thought this wasa hosting issue but it was not. Only when I downgraded from 3.0 to 2.3 did it start working correctly again.

    Hope this issue can be resolved. Good plugin otherwise. Thank you.

    Hi,

    we have fixed this issue in version 3.1. Now order status is set by INS after successful payment.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply. I followed the link you sent and set up everything as per the instructions. I then went ahead and updated the plugin to the latest version (3.1) but the issue still persists. I ran two test orders and it seems to be stuck on Pending Payment even after payment has been made.

    I didn’t receive any email.

    I confirm the issue above, the orders remain as Pending even with version 3.2 of the plugin. We downgraded to 2.3 in order to keep the website functional.

    Hi,

    we have also received confirmation from clients that new version change status, you need to re-check your INS settings.
