Hi,
I just received an order on our shop with payment (paypal) made today but the order was created in May (4 months ago)
I guess this is a case of someone abandoning an order & then returning & picking it up again. However one of the items is now out of stock.

Is there some way to stop this happening? either to not allow the out of stock items or to expire abandoned orders after 24 hrs?
Most simple solution is fine, thanks.

For cancelling abandoned orders, check what value have you got in this field: https://wpde.sk/po/op6tt009923w.png

For not allowing orders for product which are out of stock, edit products and check: https://wpde.sk/po/ophec4xeev3j.png

Hold Stock minutes was blank & I guess therefore pending orders never became auto-cancelled. (I was cancelling them myself, but had missed this one)

I set it to 120, it’s more than enough time for someone to complete on our small shop.
