that shouldn’t be the case, unless there has been ann error while upgrading.
The new plugin does not delete the custom table from v1.x used to store the ranking. So you can use the reset button (see screenshot #3) to reset the order to your v1.x ranking. If you are not able to view/updated the ranking in the reorder admin page, then please check your javascript console for any errors.
When I upgraded to the new version it indeed was an error, and the plugin deactivated. I just activated it again after the error.
I just tried to delete the plugin and install it again, but the error persists.
can you enable the WP_DEBUG mode on your server and see if there are any errors in the PHP?
Are you able to see the reset button? can you reset the order on the amdin page? Are you able to see any posts in your grid?
Hey, I just reset the order on the admin page and noticed there was a just-released new update as well. I don’t know which of those fixed this, but now the order is stored. Great! Thanks a lot.
Nevermind. Now I’ve been sorting lots of categories and order on the backend is not stored anymore.
