order of page in responsive theme

    Hi
    I have a site with a responsive theme:
    http://www.kastach.co.il/lorem-ipsum-page

    I use a widget of a small search form: widget_mfn_infopay

    when I enter the site from a cellular or small resolution device the responsive theme fires and the CONTENT section is above the widget.

    how can I change the order of the page only in the responsive section of the theme so that the widget is above the content?
