Order Numbers Out of Order

This great plugin has been working perfectly for a couple of years now. However within the last few days, when clicking on WooCommerce > Orders, the order numbers appear to be generating incorrectly. Previously they were listed by successive invoice number order/chronologically. Clicking on the Order up-caret puts them in reverse order then clicking on the Order down-caret arranges them correctly by invoice/chornological order.

To answer my own question, WooCommerce update v6.9.2 seems to have resolved this issue. About a dozen orders have been placed since installing that update and all are being displayed in the correct sequence with the correct associated times. Problem solved. It is not “retroactive”, so the earlier orders are still out of sequence, but they can be brought in line by clicking on the Orders up/down caret twice. Hope this helps anyone that follows.
