I’ve received an email from a client whom I made a webshop for, saying that a customer made a transaction, but the order could not be found in the backend of the site. This is an issue I will look into further, but when I was looking at the orders I noticed another issue: The order numbers of the orders are not consecutive. I was wondering if this is normal, and if it might have something to do with the “lost” order.
