    Hi @rythy,

    The plugin will generate a new sequential order number in its own database column to avoid disrupting any plugins which don’t support our plugin, as well as along you to activate and deactivate our plugin without causing an issue to the orders afterward – the order ID always remains intact.

    I mention this, as it could be the case that the email is using the order ID and WooCommerce will be set to use the order number by our plugin. Although this usually results in a higher-order ID and lower order number, because we make sure the order number is sequential whereas the order ID can jump. In this case, the email seems to be the lower of the numbers, with the WooCommerce dashboard showing 9362.

    To look into this further, we’d need to see what template was used for the email, and where it is getting the order ID/number from. You mentioned that you are using Order Status Manager too, is this a custom email using that plugin? Or is this the default WooCommerce new order email?
