We believe that you are referring to the WooCommerce default order notes field which is not showing on the order details page.
If so, we have checked the same in our local environment and are not able to recreate the issue.
Could you please temporarily deactivate our plugin Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce and verify it from your side?

With Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce plugin installed, the additional fields area of https://donate.paulmerriman.com/donate-checkout/ shows:
— In Honor Of
— Comments
— Order notes
However, I have the plugin’s additional fields settings set to only show:
— In Honor Of
— Comments
When I deactivate the plugin, all the WC default fields appear as expected, including the additional fields are, which displays only one option:
— Order notes

On checking, we can see that only two fields “In Honor Of” and “Comments” are showing on the checkout page. Please refer to the below screenshot.

Hi, I used CSS to remove the order notes. The issue is resolved in that I fixed it with CSS, but the underlying causes remain. You can close this ticket if you want.
We believe that the theme or some other plugin installed in your site is overriding the Order notes field with custom code. This might be the reason why you are facing this issue. Can you please raise a ticket through our website? We hope our technical team will be able to help you.
