The Worst Support !!!! (5 posts)

    Woocommerce has the worst support of any only service i use.

    Opened a ticket 4 days ago, it takes 1 day to get a reply to every question, and the ticket gets passed to 4 different people in 4 days.

    Why dont you get a dedicated support where people have the option to pay for one on one support, because your support ninjas are missing in action.

    Really disappointing when one spend several $100 and then you get crap support.

    I managed to find what was causing the problem,

    The WooCommerce Customer Relationship Manager, extension is not compatible with WC 2.1.0, when i deactivate that extension all worked fine and i can add order notes.

    Sounds not like a review but more like a support request/ bug report...

    @royalmicer since you found that CRM extension is the culprit, you can ask them to update the plugin to make it compatible with latest Woo.

    Core developers, from what I have experienced are taking efforts to make Woo better with each release. With 2.1 admin dashboard is faster and more responsive than 2.0 family.

    You cannot expect the core devs to go around to every WooCommerce extension or theme developer, asking them to make their script compatible with latest WooCommerce.

    There are several people to help you out if you post your request or problem in the right place (Support Forum). Leaving a bad review is not doing anyone any good, consider revising. :)
