    That is something we specifically looked into a while back and haven’t had any other reports of it not working since then.

    Are you running the latest version of WooCommerce and our plugin?

    Do you have logging enabled in the plugin settings? If you’re using the WC checkout screen and adding notes there we should see the notes included in the payment request to PayPal, which we can see in the log file.

    I am using the latest versions 1.2.3 Paypal and Woocommerce 2.6.4.
    I’ll turn on logging and see where the hangup is happening. Thanks.
