“Order notes” in admin new order notification ? Where is the note in database ?

Is it possible to receive by email the “order notes” that a customer can type during checkout ? I would like to receive the note in the admin order notification message, is it possible ?

And do you know where the “order notes” written by customer are stored in the database ?
