 * Is it possible to make the Order Notes a required field as currently I can see
   no way to force this to be required.

   the same thing… so instead of the making the Order Notes required, simply remove
   that using the plugin and then create a new field and call that the same plus
   making it required… I just added some CSS to make the text input larger.
