 * You know every plugin author/developer using own custom keys for meta data. You
   can ask/request to original author to get actual key name which want to use/show
   here in order column.

 * oh if I complete your ask/question ( may be currently has type mistake) : order
   notes not part of meta data( not stored in order meta table with key), so you
   can’t show order notes by key in order columns.
 * But it’s absolutely possible by custom work.
