order note not appeaing

    i have added order note field through checkout field editor but it hides after the page loads completly, it shows in the begining but hides after the page load is completed.
    i have made order note field required also but still its not working.
    I am stuck in this from last three days using diffrent filters in function.php but still not getting the solution.
