    Since updating the plugin, orders aren’t splitting automatically even though they are configured to do so.

    I have 2 products set to split exclusively, and have checked “split overview on checkout page”. The result is that you can correctly see the order split on the checkout page, but when payment is made the order remains together in the admin area.

    Here is a copy of my settings export:

    Thank you for the settings exported text. Please check your split lock settings. Sometimes we don’t notice but order remains unsplitted till the set order status on settings page in split lock section.

    I changed the split lock setting to “pending”, should any pending orders now split automatically? It still doesn’t work unfortunately..

    We will check ir with your provided settings snapshot, give us a few hours. Meanwhile you try manual split with the split icon under actions column.

    Also check order meta data, do you see a meta_key “split_status” there? If it is there, it means splitted but not actually splitted. And if there is no key, then it never tried to split.

    One more question, your checkout page is ending up with a thank you or orser received page or not?

    Manually splitting the order in admin does work, however it splits the order up into seperate items rather than following the Exclusive rules set.

    On the orders which should have split automatically, there is no “split_status” meta key in the database.

    Let me know if you find anything else.

    Manually split with the purple icon on orders list page follows the split method rules, maybe you tried from edit order page using the dropdown split_order option.

    Actually hundreds of users are relying on this feature, if it got stop so we will receive a number of queries but we didn’t hear from anyone yet except you. We will get back to you after testing in a few hours.

    @elom8 I have checked you scenario and it did split the order in Exclusive method as you can see in the screenshot. However, we can test it together by scheduling an online meeting.

    So if I try the same settings on a blank WordPress install, the split happens successfully, however with the configuration on the website I am working on the split doesn’t occur.
