# Order not generated

   I am not sure why but people are buying tickets. I am seeing the paypal charge
   but the order does not get generated. Is there a way to manual add the order 
   for those tickets that are purchased to generate the order and also QR Code?

 * At this time, there is not a way to manually add orders, however we have identified
   this issue and believe that payment notifications should now be coming in and
   QR codes generated. If you continue to see issues, please let us know.

 * I have already updated PayPal and it’s still giving me issues. I am also checking
   with my host server. 
   Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment
   Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
