order not displaying in admin

    hello there,
    after installing the plugin, i configured some new order statuses and all went great.
    after some days the orders are not displaying in the admin suddenly. Only the completed orders and just 10 of them. Now when i disable the plugin no orders are displaying at all.
    Please advise asap ! thanx

    Hi @diadikos,

    Thank you for explaining to us about the issue which you are facing on your site.

    Can you please let me know which version of WooCommerce you are using on your site?

    The mentioned issue is happening when the WordPress is updated to 5.0.2 and WooCommerce is on 3.5.2 or lower version. WooCommerce has released an update 3.5.3 yesterday which includes the fix for the mentioned issue.

    Can you please update the WooCommerce plugin and check whether the issue is fixed on your site?
