Hi, can you provide more details and try to organize it for us, what is the relation between the plugin and the verified customers to rate/review your item?
the realtion is that the order status is picked up which is != completed
so neither the product rating/review form will show up, order picked up doesnt complete order so other plugins like the one for sevdesk (accounting) arent recognizing that the order is completed and so you manually have to push the order forward.
once more… if order is picked up the order isnt completed for woocommerce

The Ready To pickup and Picked Up are Custom Order Statuses that we created for your convenience as a base, you should check the other integrations if they can be compatibile with Custom Statuses, its quite common, most plugins gives you the option to choose on which order status to trigger, so I would suggest checking the other plugins for this option or maybe you need to hire a developer to help yo set the other plugins to work with Custom Order Statuses.
Thanks
you must be kidding me? because you decided to create… whole woocommerce should be re-written by a developer? even woocommerce doesnt recognize it and, for an example, isnt calculating the picked up sales to the summ of total sales… holy moly
i will forward this conversation to all the other plugin-developers to get in touch with you

My friend, I am not kidding, we are not changing anything in WooCommerce Core, there is only one Completed order status that comes with WooCommerce and usually its being used for all orders, no meter if they are virtual, shipped or local pickup, you do not have to use the custom order statuses that we offer if you do not want, they are meant to improve your Workflows, they are optional. you can set the order status to Completed when its picked up in case you need to use it for other integrations.
The Custom Statuses are set as paid statuses and should appear in WC reports and in Analytics, and you can check the WC Analytics settings and include them if they do not show on the Analytics.
Remember that this is the name of the game in WordPress and WooCommerce is to choose plugins that will fit your business model and will work together..
Yes, you can feel free to ask other developers to approach us here. they just need to trigger their action on a different order status, you can also add a link to these plugins and we can take a look.
Thanks
