    1. Is there a way to allow customers to name orders? Perhaps, adding a custom field
       to the order page?
    2. Can I set an expiry date on orders for each customer? I.e., two years from the
       day of purchase?

 * You can add custom fields to the orders using a premium extension, for example,
   [Admin Custom Order Fields](https://woocommerce.com/products/admin-custom-order-fields/).

 * You can navigate to WooCommerce > settings > accounts & privacy > go to the **
   _Personal data retention_** section, and tell WooCommerce how long you would 
   like to keep the data for the orders.

   You should specify how long your site will retain data in your privacy policy;
