 * Hi there, we have been recently receiving orders where the customer has not intended
   to purchase and didn’t pay for but they show up in the order form. Have you guys
   ever came a cross issues like this.
 * e.g. Customer orders 3 items but only 1 is paid for and checkout is complete 
   but the order form shows 3 items to send.
 * I’ve included a shot to demonstrate this.
