    Hi,

    When we first setup Shipstation it only imported orders back a few months.

    Is there any way to change it (I’m comfortable with editing the code) to import another date range so I can get all the orders into it? I need to go back about 1-1/2 years.

    I looked into the Import feature of Shipstation but that doesn’t look like it will be a lot of fun. 😐

    Thanks for any and all help.

    Cheers,

    Ron

    And I’m going to take a stab at it and say that this line in woocommerce-shipstation.php is what controls that?

    define( 'WC_SHIPSTATION_EXPORT_LIMIT', 100 );

    If so, I’m assuming there shouldn’t be any issues changing that from 100 to 2000?!

    Good thought, but the orders are actually imported in ShipStation. So ShipStation will have some kind of scheduler setup which retrieves order from the site URL.

    If you need this changed then it would all on the ShipStation side.

    Thanks,

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
