Order Form

Hi,
I made a order form with Contact Form 7 and everytime someone fills it out it says:
FAILED TO SEND YOUR MESSAGE. PLEASE TRY LATER OR CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATOR BY ANOTHER METHOD. It has a red border around it.

I used checkboxes,textboxes and radio buttons.

Is there something I need to do if I have those?
