Order export not recording user for order notes

    I’m trying to migrate orders from a live site to a development environment to maintain consistency with their existing user data tracking. However, when I export all orders using the basic plugin, it doesn’t appear to be grabbing the user who entered the comment in the order notes.

    My client needs that broken down record of order notes to track and audit their order reviews when I import the data back into the site.

    Is there a way to make that happen?

    Hi @ryandrewniak,

    The basic version plugin supports customer note/order note import. Please use the column customer_note in the CSV to import order notes added by customers. In export CSV, it will be in the same column.

    I tried that and the user data attached to each note is not present. It does not work.

    Hi @ryandrewniak,

    We have released a new version for the Order import-export plugin. Please try updating to the latest version(Ver. 1.5.2) and try exporting/importing the orders.
